For resellers, the more useful number is usually the cost per piece, because that is the figure you can compare against your expected selling price, platform fees, packaging and the time it takes to list each garment.
Start with cost per piece

Do not judge a wholesale box on price alone
Before buying, check the grading description, whether the photos show exact items or representative stock, the returns information, where the stock is held and what delivery options are available. A cheaper box is not automatically better if the listing is vague about condition or contents.
