These terms apply when you use vintagegarms4u.com or purchase goods from Vintagegarms4u Ltd. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Our products
We sell vintage and pre-owned clothing, including mixed reseller bundles. We aim to describe products accurately. Vintage goods can show normal signs of age or previous wear. Where a product is described as a mixed, mystery or reseller bundle, exact brands, sizes, colours, styles and garments can vary unless the listing expressly guarantees specific contents.
References to Grade A, Grade B or Grade A/B describe our stated condition range for the stock and should be read with the relevant product description. Vintage grading is not a universal industry standard.
3. Resale purchases are allowed
Our reseller bundles may be purchased for lawful commercial resale, including through Vinted, Depop, eBay, markets and live-selling channels, subject to the rules of the platform or channel you use. We do not guarantee any particular resale price, sell-through rate, revenue or profit.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or inability to fulfil it. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before checkout is completed. Promotional prices and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions.
6. UK delivery
We currently accept online delivery orders to UK addresses only. We aim to dispatch paid orders promptly and, where order timing and operations allow, by the next working day. Dispatch time is not a guaranteed delivery date. The live delivery option, charge and estimate shown at checkout apply to your order.
7. Returns and consumer rights
Our UK Shipping & Returns page explains our voluntary returns arrangements and UK consumer cancellation information. Our policies do not remove statutory rights that apply to you.
8. Business and reseller buyers
If you purchase wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade or business, you may be treated as a business customer rather than a consumer. Consumer-only cancellation rights may therefore not apply in the same way. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Photographs and representative stock
Product photographs and videos can appear differently depending on lighting and device display. Unless a listing states that photographed pieces are the exact items supplied, images used for mixed reseller bundles may be representative of the type of stock rather than a guarantee of exact contents.
10. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, original text, photographs and videos we create for this website are owned by or licensed to Vintagegarms4u Ltd. You must not reproduce our content commercially without permission except where the law permits.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully or infringe the rights of others.
12. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are not responsible for a reseller buyer's expected resale prices, marketplace performance, sales volume or profits.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms available when an order is placed apply to that order together with any mandatory rights under applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
