Dispatch
We aim to dispatch paid orders promptly and, where order timing and operations allow, by the next working day. This is a dispatch target rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Weekend, bank-holiday and late-day orders may move on the next available working day.
Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery estimates can be affected by weather, peak periods, address issues and other events outside our reasonable control. If an order appears materially delayed or lost, email hfraser404@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
30-day voluntary returns
We offer a 30-day voluntary returns window from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below and in addition to any statutory rights that apply to you.
UK consumer cancellation rights
If you are buying as a consumer online, you normally have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Your statutory rights are not reduced by our voluntary returns policy.
How to request a return
Email hfraser404@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Please do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Return condition and postage
You may inspect and handle goods as you reasonably would in a shop. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition, a deduction may be made from a consumer refund where the law permits.
Unless the item is faulty, materially not as described, damaged in transit or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially not as described or you receive the wrong item. Your statutory rights are not affected by the fact that our goods are vintage or pre-owned.
Mixed and mystery reseller bundles
Where a product is sold as a mixed, mystery or reseller bundle, exact brands, sizes, colours, styles and individual garments vary unless the product listing expressly guarantees specific contents. Representative stock photos show the type of stock we hold and do not guarantee the exact contents of every mixed box.
Business and reseller purchases
If you purchase wholly or mainly for business or commercial resale purposes, consumer-only cancellation rights may not apply in the same way. Any statutory rights that do apply remain unaffected.
